MUSD provides real-time currency exchange rate information, cryptocurrency price tracking, and related financial tools. The App aggregates data from multiple third-party sources for informational purposes.

3. Disclaimer

Exchange rates and cryptocurrency prices displayed in MUSD are for reference only and do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. Actual transaction rates may differ from the rates shown in the App. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on information provided by the App.

4. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and timely data by aggregating from multiple reputable sources, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any exchange rate or cryptocurrency data. Data may be delayed or temporarily unavailable.

5. User Accounts

Certain features may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
  • Use automated systems to access the App in a manner that exceeds reasonable use

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is the intellectual property of QIAOZHI LIN. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MUSD and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses based on exchange rate information.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
